How to Apply
If you are interested in enrolling your child for the
next school year, you will need to:
Complete the Inquiry Form
to let us know you are interested in applying, if
possible before March 1.
After receiving the Application Packet from Zion
Academy, complete the Application for Enrollment form
for each student applying. Send the form to Zion
Academy by postal mail or deliver it by hand to our
office by April 1.
Provide current School Records from the current
school, and from home schooling by April 1. A final
Official School Record and Transcript for the current
year must be on file before the first day of school at
Zion Academy.
Submit the $25 Family Application Fee with the
completed applications for your family by April 1.
Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate is required by
April 1.
If accepted, pay the Registration Fee
by June 1.
A record of all immunizations for each child is
required to be on file by the first day of school.
